RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The satisfaction of our valued customers is our main motive. Sometimes customers are not satisfy with the size or color of the purchased product. Airborne Jackets enables their valuable customers to return or exchange any of the purchased Items in accordance with the following
30 Days Easy Return Policy
After receiving the jacket, you have 24 hours to initiate the return of exchange request. The process should be completed within 30 days and after that, we cannot entertain any request. For return and exchange, you can send the jacket back to our Warehouses in Australia, UAE, or Pakistan. For the Return, we have a policy that you will be charged with a 25% service fee of your order’s cost. The remaining amount will be refunded back to your payment method once we receive the jacket back to our warehouse.
Cancellation of the Orders
The request for cancellation of your order should be made within 24 hours and if the cancellation will be made within 24 hours so we will refund the whole amount in the buyer’s respective account, but if a customer still wishes to cancel the order so the following conditions may apply:
Cancellation of the order after 24 hours will result in a direct deduction of 30% from your paid amount.
Cancellation of the order will not be entertained once the order is dispatched.
Only genuine reasons would be acceptable for the return or exchange of the product. Please note that the item you want to return or exchange should be in its original condition.
The shipping cost to send the item back to our warehouse or production house will be paid by the customer.
There will be no return/exchange for ordering more than one similar product, but a different size. People misuse this facility.
In case of a return, the return shipping will be paid by the buyer and the customer is also liable to pay the shipping and handling cost that will depend upon jacket weight and size.
No product will be entertained for Return, Refund or Exchange if the tags were removed from the product.
All request for Return, Refund or Exchange made after 24 hours of receiving the product will not be acceptable.
Right before sending your jacket, our responsible product inspector will review your jacket; color, sizing, stitching, quality of leather and the pattern of the item. Still if you feel any queries so please email us at our provided email address and highlight the issues that you are facing with the jacket.
